Sussex Inlet Fitness Classes

Mad About Fitness has been running community based fitness classes in the local area for 20 years.

Classes are held at Thomson St Community Centre and outdoors over the summer period.  

We offer a variety of classes to suit everyones needs.

Beginners to advanced participants welcome!

Morning / Sunset Pilates

Pilates is a system of exercises that uses flowing movements that tone and strengthen and stretch the body increasing strength, balance and flexibility in the muscles and joints.

This exercise system caters to all ages and is suitable for people in reasonable health.

Sunset Pilates every Monday 5.15pm – cost $10 – mat and equipment supplied.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors at a variety of locations to relax and rejuvenate.

Location will be determined on the day according to wind direction.

Bookings essential.

Over-50-fitness

Staying Active Over 50's

Staying Active classes are a great opportunity to get active and meet new people.

NSW Health is supporting us to run these exercise classes in our local community for adults over 50.

Class focuses on cardio, strength, balance, core and flexibility.  

Cost is $8 and all equipment supplied.

Location Thomson St Hall Monday and Friday 7.45am.

Sunrise Bootcamp

What a fantastic way to start the day and be energised!

Classes are held outdoors to experience a beautiful sunrise and get a great workout before the day ahead. 
Class focus on strength training/build muscle/flexibility/core strength and cardio endurance. 

A variety of equipment is supplied and location determined the night before dependant on weather conditions. 

Some of the impressive benefits of bootcamp are burning calories, increase strength/boost confidence/build muscle/improve aerobic endurance/improve balance and motivation.   

Lots of fun, laughs and meet new people.

$10 class, $20 week

Supfit / Supilates

Supfit and Supilates are outdoor fitness classes on paddleboards enjoying the beautiful and tranquil surroundings.  

Working out on the paddleboard challenges the core and it a much harder workout than on land.

Classes run thru the summer months and private classes (min 4) can be booked on request.

Sup Sistas Paddle Fitness

Join our monthly Sup Sistas paddle group.  

Fun and fitness social paddle with the gals.  

Every month enjoy paddling a different location and learn paddling techniques to improve your skills and have fun with like minded suppers.
